YUNO AI Privacy Policy

This is an official translation for English, Japanese, and Chinese storefronts. If there is any conflict, the Korean original prevails unless applicable law requires otherwise. USD prices are billed through Stripe; annual plans are not offered on this storefront.
XtenB Co., Ltd. ("Company") processes personal data for the YUNO AI service in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws. Collection items are the same as on the Korean original. Payment processors differ by storefront: this English/Japanese/Chinese storefront uses Stripe (not PortOne / Toss Payments).
Article 1 (Items Collected)
- Required at sign-up: name, mobile number, email, date of birth (solar/lunar as entered), birth time (or unknown), gender, and other profile fields you submit.
- Generated or collected during use: chat history, access IP, device information, payment records.
- Payment processing (Stripe): order identifiers, amount, and payment-method information needed to complete the charge. The Company does not store full card numbers.
Article 2 (Purposes of Use)
- Member identification and confirmation of sign-up intent
- Calculating Myeong-sik and providing AI mentoring, chat, and reports
- Credit purchases, refunds, and customer support
- Marketing notices only with separate optional consent
Article 3 (Processors) ★ IMPORTANT
The Company entrusts processing to specialized vendors. On this storefront, payment is processed by Stripe rather than PortOne.

Korean-won payments on the Korean storefront continue to use PortOne / Toss Payments as described in the Korean original.
Article 4 (Entering Another Person's Data)
For relationship analysis and synergy reports (2–4 people), you may enter another person's name, gender, birth date, and birth time. Obtain that person's consent first. Legal responsibility for unauthorized input lies with the member.
Article 5 (Retention and Destruction)
- Personal data is in principle destroyed without delay upon account withdrawal.
- Records of contracts, withdrawal, and payment: 5 years (Korean e-commerce consumer protection law). Access logs: 3 months (communications secrecy rules).
- Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper copies are shredded or incinerated.
Article 6 (Your Rights — including overseas users)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion.
Use in-app Settings or email yunoai@yunoai.app. The Company will act without undue delay. Overseas users may use the same email path for access and deletion requests under this policy and applicable Korean law.
Article 7 (Cookies)
Cookies may be used for operation and convenience. You may refuse cookies in your browser; some features may then be limited.
Article 8 (Security Measures)
- Least-privilege access control
- Encryption in storage and transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- No storage of full card numbers by the Company
- PDFs provided only via signed URLs (7-day validity)
- Security monitoring against external attacks

Article 10 (Changes)
This policy may change with law or product updates. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days if significant).
